HERITAGE CONSULTANCY
Trees are dynamic organisms, forever changing and growing, their ability to adapt and over come makes them a true king`s of the plant kingdom, but in some cases this ability to adapt can create direct/indirect conflict with our buildings and footways. Heritage Planning
Site development or site re-development is a growing trend here in greater London, with an ever-increasing demand on London`s current housing stock, both developers and local authorities are looking to utilize not only the land parcel but their building footprint.
In some cases, this expansion can have a detrimental effect to the both existing trees on the site and any planned tree replacements, by ensuring a qualified arborist is involved in both the planning and design stages of any development work, you can rest assured that you will be receiving professional industry accepted advice and support throughout your project.
Existing tree stock surveys (or base surveys) are an ideal way in which you as a land owner can limit the legal mitigation and risk of any tree failure that may cause injury, death or damage to the public. By undertaking a base survey, you can identify problem trees, trees in decline and dead trees, which can then be actioned for further inspection or removal, as well as this we can update your existing base survey as and when requested.
Our tree surveys are available in either a hard copy or a digital format of your choice (AutoCAD, iTree, Confirm) and all maps are taken from OS Master Maps.
